Amanda is a social and cultural strategist, and writer. She has shepherded brands through the evolving art-slash-science of impacting pop culture at scale for over 10 years, and aims to connect brands to the communities they serve. In human speak: Amanda likes to do cool stuff to make cool people talk about cool brands.
Amanda is now at Riot Games as their first Principal Social Strategist, and her team is also probably the first in history to win a Clio for a tweet about feet. Her previous work includes helping launch Hulu’s Originals content vertical through watershed moments like The Handmaid’s Tale and the Fyre Fraud launch stunt, and she was a part of launching Spotify’s podcast brand with the help of some names you’ve probably never heard of, such as Michelle Obama (and her husband, Barack) and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (and her husband, Harry).
In addition to her professional work, Amanda is a mentor and volunteer in several LA-local programs and believes strongly in the power of arts education, and she is a member of the RAINN Speaker’s Bureau.
Amanda currently resides in Los Angeles with her strays-turned-aristocats, Fish and Chip. She is currently pursuing a secondary undergraduate degree in Creative Writing from the University of Oxford and writing her debut novel.
